Horrible experience when it comes to getting any sort of response or answering any questions. They will not work with you or offer any solutions even when they clearly mess up. They will start the construction on your home in accordance with their plans (waiting for lot next door to sell) without any disregard to the contract dates (6 month delay in construction.) Be cautious and make sure you have room in your schedule to pop-in the office once a week at least, because they will not respond to email/phone communication.
