The staff is helpful and really cares about your pet.
I would say I am very disappointed. I made an appointment, the appointment was confirmed one day, canceled the next. No rescheduling of the appointment was offered, we were told to call back and reschedule ourselves. Ok, fine. Guess not. No apologies were offered, priority appointment not offered. Nothing. We just moved to KC and had heard great things about Brookside Barkery.Looks like we won't be able to find out for ourselves.

I have a male and female Sheltie and a male Scottie, all 7-8 yrs old. They have been groomed many times by both private and company groomers but NONE have been better than LINDSEY at Brookside Bath and Barkery. We had them groomed a few days before Christmas and they looked perfect, smelled good, and were itch free for 3 weeks! The products LINDSEY used were clearly effective, non-irritating to their skin, and had a pleasantly long lasting scent.
