Unfortunately this was a miscommunication as our groomer was not feeling well and had decided to head home after grooming a couple of dogs. There was no ill intent. I went to Brookside Barkery & Bath to bathe a lost dog I had taken in earlier. She was matted and dirty and I was out of my depth to know how to clean her up properly. The staff went above and beyond to help me get this little dog cleaned up.
Everything the people that work there are pleasant and very helpful our favorite place
