Best apartment complex in Lincoln! It’s the first apartment I’ve lived in that’s felt more like a home. The apartments themselves are top of the line and the location is perfect, it’s such a quiet and nice neighborhood. The amenities are great and the staff and maintenance truly care about residents!
Got some work done from Eric in maintenance, incredibly nice guy and got his stuff done exceptionally well!

My boyfriend and I recently moved into these apartments, and we truly couldn’t have picked a better place to call home. We love the location at Brookside, along with all the amenities it offers—from the workout room with brand-new equipment to the outdoor pool. They also host fun pop-up events with free coffee and food, which has been such a great bonus. Our apartment has so much space, and the tall ceilings are exactly what we were looking for. It’s everything we wanted and more.
I really love the location of these apartments. There are multiple different trails near by where I am able to go on walks. It is a quiet and safe area. i also love my apartment and have had no issues with hearing neighbors - I rarely even see them too. The apartments are spacious and beautiful. I love the open layout and can't wait to renew my lease!
