Water comes out brown and the property manager doesn't care. Ancient appliances. They don't enforce their no smoking policy and many of the tenants smoke. If you try to report this the property manager will pretend to care for about a week and then ghost you. Extremely unprofessional. Calling the parent company didn't help either. They will make excuses and gaslight you to avoid making repairs. They moved me to a month to month contract without telling me. "repair guy" refuses to actually repair anything.
