Disgusting and not cleaned at ALL when I moved in, everything is broken: loose boards on balcony, chewed up baseboards, broken window (I literally did not have a window for a month), huge water damage causing a portion of the ceiling to come down, the fridge has broken 4 times, the balcony door is completely busted with massive staining that won't come out, all but a couple individual blinds are remaining, nails stick up out of the floor by the fireplace, the cops have come to our apartment twice because the previous tenant ... read more
