I lived there for 20 years. I loved it. The only reason I haven’t rated it 5 stars is because hallways were dated when I left in September of 2022. They may have been updated since. The storage spaces are plentiful. The opportunity for a garage space is a blessing and the apartment are spacious. The grounds are well kept and the park across the street is lovely.

I have been living here for over four years. It is quiet and peaceful. All the neighbors are very friendly. I especially love my building. Dawn, the super, is always so helpful.

DO NOT MOVE IN TO THIS PLACE! There is a mice problem that never gets address The hallways are disgusting The landlord does not care about your problems as a tenet as she is only available Monday through Friday between 9am and 5pm, not reachable on weekends even for emergencies The landlord will fabricate damages to the apartment to hold on to the security deposit when moving out STAY AWAY FROM BROOKSIDE APARTMENTS 31 MORRIS PL, BLOOMFIELD.

I’ve been calling them for the past 3 weeks and leaving messages and no one has been answering the phone or getting back to me, I even drove there but couldn’t find the leasing office! Can someone please reach out to me thank you
