I have been living here for over four years. It is quiet and peaceful. All the neighbors are very friendly. I especially love my building. Dawn, the super, is always so helpful.
DO NOT MOVE IN TO THIS PLACE! There is a mice problem that never gets address The hallways are disgusting The landlord does not care about your problems as a tenet as she is only available Monday through Friday between 9am and 5pm, not reachable on weekends even for emergencies The landlord will fabricate damages to the apartment to hold on to the security deposit when moving out STAY AWAY FROM BROOKSIDE APARTMENTS 31 MORRIS PL, BLOOMFIELD.

I’ve been calling them for the past 3 weeks and leaving messages and no one has been answering the phone or getting back to me, I even drove there but couldn’t find the leasing office! Can someone please reach out to me thank you
Maintenance in the hallways are needed, no one wants to walk into a building and see the steps broken up and scratched, it makes you not want to have guest. The Landlord allows what ever she wants, not according to policy but according to her liking. No dogs are permitted but selective people can have dogs (not including service dogs). 9 time out of 10 these people probably don’t have paper work for having a dog that isn’t a service dog, so if you want one fight it, because it’s not “permitted” anyways!
