Doctor Walters and his staff are outstanding! We've always received fantastic care with them. Dr Walters combines the knowledge and know-how of a country vet in practice for decades with all of the modern technology and equipment you'd expect from a vet these days. Every time I've taken our pets into brookside I've always come away having learned all kinds of new things. I have used Dr. Walters and Brookside Animal Hospital for the entire life of my 8 year old golden retriever as well as for my prior golden retriever. I cannot say enough good things about the treatment my dogs have had with Dr. Walters and his entire staff. My dog loves going there. They are the best in my books and I totally trust them with my "best friend". Hats off to all of them.
They've taken care of my dogs for years. I'm very pleased.
We were able to been seen promptly, when we needed help with an orpahaned kitten, we got common sense advice and some reassurance. Multiple vists later, still happy, in fact, he is also our dogs vet now. Dr. Del is a great vet, with a lifetime of experience with animals. His staff is super, and keeps things running smoothly.
Took our dog to them today only because our vet was out of the office that was a big mistake. They are not very friendly and the Dr was rude. I will just wait until Dr Rook gets back for a follow up on her. When a customer ask as question that a vet should know and he answers back with "have you heard my superman story" which means he dont know it all. I have not ever seen a vet know so less.That makes you think WOW. Lesson learned
