When you have procedures paid for up front the doctor will absolutely speak with you. However this vet is all about money. God forbid someone have something happen in their life, and then their animal gets sick. Not willing to make payment arrangements, or work with you in any way. Obviously has no care for animals, just wants money. I know they have operating costs, but a lot of veterinarian offices allow payments. For my entire life my family went to another vet in Hamilton and when my husband and I moved in we called that vet. They were completely booked and not taking new clients. Boy am I glad! Dr. Hughes is an amazing vet. He's personable and is amazing with the animals. My pets can be completely wired and nervous but as soon as he comes in they are calm and cooperative. He is an astounding vet and is willing to sit with you for a few extra minutes to answer any questions. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. I 100% recommend this... read more
Thank you thank you for the wonderful care you provided my baby Rudy!:) one day on the medication and shes feeling better. It makes crate rest harder however I'll trade that over hearing her cry!:) THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!:). Great vet office!:). Dr. Hughes doesn't perform unnecessary test, or optional procedures! He diagnosis and treats like it should be:). We love Dr Hughes!:)
