Had multiple vehicles stolen out of their “locked and secure” parking garage. Was offered two months of free parking when I don’t even have a vehicle now. Management claims to hold zero responsibility however and refuse to be cooperative. Not helpful to KCPD on the car thefts happening at their complex and not reviewing security footage they claim to have. Rude and dismissive management. Don’t come here if you value your property. we are enjoying "down sizing" Our apartment offers us an great view of the plaza, and the diversity of people and culture is great!!!I love being able to walk to the Plaza, UMKC and Brookside.A great apartment and the best choice for a transistion or permit home.
I love this place! The apartments are beautiful, and my floor is quiet. The office staff is exceptionally nice and responsive and goes above and beyond. Ditto for the maintenance staff. It is expensive to live here, but it is worth it.
I love living here! The staff is so friendly and great at coordinating the events they have about once every two weeks. Maintenance is also very fast and attentive.
I love living here! I have a beautiful apartment with a wonderful view. The staff are all very friendly and responsive. The amenities are great and frequent events help tenants get to know each other, so it does feel like a community.
