Holy crap avoid this place at all costs. Took hours for them to fill 2 prescriptions and their stupid database doesn’t register you have insurance so you’ll wind up paying out the nose for your meds. I’ve never had this issue with any other pharmacy, this is by far the worst one in Kaufman.
Very rude! My parents went to this pharmacy today and was disrespected by one of the employees named Lexi. My parents have been coming here for years and never had a problem. She was very aggressive in how she spoke with my parents and continued to argue with them when trying to retrieve their medicine.This was very unacceptable and very concerning that one of your employees would argue and disrespect an elderly that was also ill at the time. Hopefully this will be addressed and viewed by/with the proper management.

Walgreens taking over the pharmacy is the worst thing to ever happen to Brookshire’s. I used to have my prescription ready less than 20 minutes after a doctor visit. Yesterday I went to the doctor and got prescribed some nose spray. I ran some errands afterwards and went to pick up my prescription. About 2-3 hours had passed at this point so I went to the Brookshire’s/Walgreens pharmacy to get my medication.
