Terrible customer service. Very rude. Never has the prescriptions ready when promised. Will be going elsewhere!
The pharmacy is supposed ti open at 9:00. Had to wait over an hour for it to open so i could get my medication before I went out of town. Will not be using this pharmacy again.
Rude and it is so hard to get the robot that answers the phone to talk to a real human.
This is the slowest & worst pharmacy in town . The workers couldn't care less & the phone service sucks to the max . I'm leaving here , never going back !
I chose this pharmacy because it is convenient to pick up my medication on the way home from work. I have been with them a few years now. Brookshires pharmacy is always slow and numerous times I have requested that they fax my doctor for refills on certain medication and I will be waiting for it and call to see if its ready days later and it was never faxed to my doctors office.
