The Absolute WORST Customer Service!!! I came to DROP Off a Prescription for my daughter who had just had a baby.... And the pharmacy tech(Tahj) goes through the process of gathering my information...(and asks for her Medicaid card ...AGAIN!!!!) Yes they've done this before! Since the Walgreen Switch Over! Brookshire’s biggest mistake selling pharmacy to Walgreens! Customer service is horrendous! They have lost multiple scripts and even the lovely Brookshire’s employees have turned into regular old Walgreens employees. There is a t reason I stopped using Walgreens years ago!!! I’ll be moving on again!
