I lived here for years, and had problem after problem with the management here. The biggest problem I had was that when we moved out, there were no significant damages and they still tried to sue us for $4000. After being served, attending several court dates, trying to communicate with their office and their lawyer, and being met with rudeness and ignorance repeatedly, I filed a request for information and I ended up taking it to trial. As a mobile home investor it can sometimes be difficult getting a park Manager to see and share my vision of collaboration. The ultimate goal is to provide home ownership options to achieve clean, safe, and affordable housing. The park Manager in this community totally gets it. Lexie is kind, patient and caring. Moved in in May loran made the whole process easy with the transfer from another parkland park. Very quick to respond to any questions even with the whole pandemic going. She does a great job keeping the park clean and getting the community together. Been here 4 years. Lexie is great for park management but upper management lacks communication. Corporate doesn't respond back to emails or phone calls. Have some issues that been trying to get resolved from previous park management that Corporate still won't take care of. Besid... read more
