My experience moving to Brookshire Village has been wonderful. Lexie the manager worked with me for some time to make sure I moved into a home that was right for me. The community is very well maintained and I have no complaints so far. We love our new home.

My husband David and myself moved in July 2024. We are renting a brand new 2024 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms home. Rent is a fair price. Lexie our park manager is very kind and friendly. David and I would definitely recommend Brookshire Village to anyone needing an affordable home.
I have lived in the park for a little over a year now and absolutely love it. We are and act like a real tight knit community, something I've always wanted, with an amazing lot manager that stays on top of everything. I have NEVER had a problem reaching her and always feel welcomed to drop by the office whenever I need too. She's understanding, fair, and always able to talk which is a really nice change of pace compared to other managers/communities.
