Moved in in May loran made the whole process easy with the transfer from another parkland park. Very quick to respond to any questions even with the whole pandemic going. She does a great job keeping the park clean and getting the community together. Been here 4 years. Lexie is great for park management but upper management lacks communication. All I can say is that Lexie Young does not do a good job. She isn't available in the office without an appointment, usually managers are available to their community. Sends out messages that are mass punishment for the entire community when she knows who did whatever she is yelling about at the moment, do to the fact that there are cameras. Just about everyone at some point has questioned the water bills that are just plain and simple always too high. I went and looked at some homes they had for sale on marketplace today. I will be putting in an application solely because of Lexie and her professionalism and the way I watched her interact with other residents in office and on the phone. I worked in property management for 14 years and she is someone I would hire in an instant. Not only that, but the park looked well kept. So recently I applied for a home here I did not get but I had to come on here say the manger Lexi I think her name was I was so impressed how the park looked and how professional she was I most definitely recommend living there it’s was nice to see how engaging the community was with her you could tell they love having her around
