Over billed by $400 and had no idea. My wife has found billing errors 3 times! We had to double check every bill so we found another dental office. I was cancelled multiple times for poor office calendar planning, yet the office manager tried to lie by calling me office closing an emergency when all closures were the Friday before a holiday! Dr. Sal was very kind and patient and also fixed my bite after getting fillings so that the pain I was experiencing would go away. 10/10 would recommend!
I have always visited the dentist regularly, even more than twice a year. I went to Brookshire since we were out of state for work. I had a filling that was over 20 years old, with no issues whatsoever. One day, I decided to try these guys just for a regular check-up. They found numerous supposed cavities on the first visit. What “cavities” did or did not need to be “fixed” remains unclear. I had a broken front tooth today. The staff here are wonderful and kind, and I appreciate their professionalism so much. Dr. Vo and Amy fit me in today on short notice, filled the tooth, and did a beautiful job. I trust them completely. If you are looking for a new dentist, call Brookshire. You won’t be disappointed.
