Had an emergency, and Brookshire Dentistry got me right in and repaired the tooth. The staff was fantastic and efficient as they worked as a team to ensure I was comfortable the whole time. I want to thank them for a wonderful experience in a not so wonderful situation!
Rude, unprofessional, unethical, unhelpful, greedy, dishonest, lack of empathy or concern overall horrible!
This place is horrible only one staff member was pleasant and that the lady in the front staff. Everyone else not so pleasant. Absolute worst I would not recommend anyone to work or get treatment here. The Dentist hangs up during professional conversations. And they lie.
This place is incredibly unresponsive to emails about their own mistakes- I’ve sent over 5 emails regarding an incorrectly filed claim that charged me $800 for a routine cleaning 2 years ago and zero responses. Very unprofessional.
I used to really love this dentist, everyone was so kind and understanding, but I have had some pretty major concerns lately. I scheduled a lot of work to all be done on the same day so I would only have to take 1 day of time off. I arrived and they told me they actually had to split it into 2 days and someone told me this. I showed them my phone that no one called me and they admitted it was a new front office staff and they forgot.
