I have had some really bad experiences with dentist in the past which has developed into really bad anxiety. Over the weekend I had really bad pain in the left side of my mouth. After searching online for a dentist that takes me insurance, I found this office. I made an appointment online for 9am yesterday morning. I have been a patient of Brookshire Dentistry for quite a few years.. a change in insurance made me have to go somewhere else ( Bridental dental ) but I'm definitely back we had a slight issue but they went above and beyond to right it... I feel heard here, I feel they are knowledgeable here, I like it here!!
Had an emergency, and Brookshire Dentistry got me right in and repaired the tooth. The staff was fantastic and efficient as they worked as a team to ensure I was comfortable the whole time. I want to thank them for a wonderful experience in a not so wonderful situation!
Rude, unprofessional, unethical, unhelpful, greedy, dishonest, lack of empathy or concern overall horrible!
This place is horrible only one staff member was pleasant and that the lady in the front staff. Everyone else not so pleasant. Absolute worst I would not recommend anyone to work or get treatment here. The Dentist hangs up during professional conversations. And they lie.
