Patient-unfriendly office Dr. Schroeder and his desk staff seem to be on a power trip, mandating patient-unfriendly policies and enforcing them in a needlessly condescending manner. First, prior to an appointment I had already confirmed, I received two voice mails from the office staff saying "we must hear back from you." Best Dental Team! Dr. Schroeder and his staff are friendly, helpful, courteous, and really make me feel comfortable each and every visit. I truly have never felt more at ease with visiting a dentist.
Dr. Schroeder I normally despise going to the dentist, but Dr. Schroeder made my visit today much more relaxing than past experiences with other doctors. The staff and environment was not only customer focused but also very knowledgable. I plan to have a lot of work done in the next few weeks and know that my future appointments will be taken care of in a timely manner.
Survivable I have been to BS Dental for years, however, it is a corporate owned office, and the dentist changes about every year. The fish have been there longer than any employee. Dr. Kong was a good dentist. Dr. White was alright too. The new guy, whose name I can't recall, seems a bit lifeless, slightly less competent than those in the past, but honest. Brookschool Dental Care is Great! My family has been going to Brooks School Dental for several years. We were happy with Dr. Kong and we are really happy with Dr. White. She is kind and caring and the office staff is fantastic.
This is the best dental office I have been to!!!!!!! Highly Recommended! At this office Dr. White and her staff really helped me financially be able to do my treatment. Great Experience Dr Kong has a wonderful kind staff. My kids and myself ALL felt very comfortable. All of our treatment looks and feels great! I used to be very afraid of the dentist, but with Dr. Kong's patience and kindness I felt at ease the entire time. I would recommend Brookschool Dental to my friends and family.
