I called Neil and left a message & he got back in minutes. By mid afternoon he was out and had evaluated & replaced our submerged pump and checked function before 4pm!!!! These guys are GOOD!

Brooks Well Service installed the well at the property I recently purchased. The irrigation well was not functioning when we moved in during May 2023. I reached out to Brooks Well Service in June 2023. In July 2023 I finally reached a live person who explained that they were very busy and could I wait until the fall to get the problem resolved. I agreed. It is now November and after multiple calls and emails I still cannot get an appointment scheduled. Today I called DAK Well Service and they are sending a technician out in ... read more

"Too busy" to do any work according to the grump that picked up the phone. May as well look elsewhere.
