I had a very disappointing experience at the Brooks Trailhead store. I specifically came in for a run signature analysis, which is something they advertise and is a key reason we chose this location. We were traveling in the area and drove 45 minutes to get there, paid for parking, and made the effort to visit the store — only to be told nothing meaningful and receive no actual analysis. I finally had the opportunity to visit this store after years of running exclusively in brooks shoes. My wife and I were very impressed with the layout and selection one might expect from a flagship store, but the staff were the touch that made it a memorable experience. I’ve purchased 12+ pairs of their shoes, and typically replace them after 500 miles of road running but have a peculiar wear spot on the sole that’s unique to me. I realize the Trailhead store is in Seattle so this is more a problem of location not the store it's self, however, this is a very inconvenient location with street parking only. I wasted 30min driving in circles looking for parking before giving up. When shopping convenience if more important than being located in a fashionable neighborhood.

Greatest Running shoes right now. With Yeezy gone, these are the next best thing. Hooka is degradation, and Nikes are simply losing the plot. Go to Brooks for your activity needs.

The entire staff went above and beyond to fix an order issue and come up with a solution I didn’t think was an option. Big shoutout to Ben and team
