Went looking for some everyday walking shoes, Charlie was helpful in finding me the right ones. Love the store and staff are friendly.
Long time Brooks user, wanted to check the flagship store and their run signature analysis with friends yesterday. The staff was super rude (I realized there are similar negative reviews about same person in below) zero interest to answer questions. This experience was full reputation killer for me, probably will never buy another pair again.
