Bryce at the Brooks Trailhead store in Fremont was super, super helpful and nice!! I haven't bought athletic shoes in awhile so I wasn't sure about my sizing in Brooks specifically and my foot width, so he assessed my gait and grabbed several pairs of shoes for me to try on. He ran to the back several times as we figured out I'm an 8.5 (not an 8) in Brooks and that my foot is actually wide! Bonus, I was also able to bring my dog with me, which was really nice. Definitely recommend the store and Bryce!
Michael A. helped me pick out an awesome pair of shoes. I’m not a runner but I am a bartender who is on their feet for 10-14 hours a day working a busy bar and outdoor festivals on pavement so footwear is a game changer for me. I got the new non slips and worked my first pain free shift in years. 10/10 product and 10/10 customer service, thank you Mike!
Placed an order online, only for it to be cancelled. I called to see if they would be getting more of the same style and color in stock, and unfortunately the employee I spoke with was pretty rude and unhelpful. She told me I could place the order tomorrow when the store is open, even though she had already said the shoe was out of stock. Amazing shoes and customer service! I’m visiting in town from Michigan and was looking to buy the famous Brooks shoes. It was pretty busy, but I was greeted by this sweet Indian girl almost immediately and she was very helpful with my shoe endeavours. Turns out I’m not a 7, I’m an 8!! And my shoes have never fit better.
