I had a very disappointing experience at the Brooks Trailhead store. I specifically came in for a run signature analysis, which is something they advertise and is a key reason we chose this location. We were traveling in the area and drove 45 minutes to get there, paid for parking, and made the effort to visit the store — only to be told nothing meaningful and receive no actual analysis.
