I order tracks for my mini and never got them. At the beginning they told me four day to get them, then it was another day and then another, and another. After hearing that 5 times, I told them it's been a month since I ordered the tracks. I need these now i told them. I asked if they could get me a machine to use in the meantime and nothing. so I told them to cancel them, I can't run my business waiting for tracks I could possibly never see.
I purchased a piece of equipment from them.. They didn’t give me the attachments they where suppose too.. Salesman was garbage failure to communicate or return calls. I’ll definitely bring my business elsewhere…
Parts were ready when I arrived and the gentleman was very friendly and helpful
Good service was able to be in and out fast when picking up parts
