when i had my mother's body picked up and went in the next morning to discuss charges and date n time. there was no pamphlet showing prices. we expressed our financial situation and yet the lady just wrote some numbers on a piece of paper and told us total of about 9k for simple bury. i ended up going to John Harmon and was provided a better deal. so when i called brooks n sterling to advise my mothers body is being picked up to transfer the lady called me right back to try to offer something cheaper. not one time was there ... read more
