Booked a room for one night. Flight got cancelled after 6:00pm. Called the hotel to cancel room. They charged us and would not refund our money. Had Expedia call on our behalf. They lied and said we used the booking. Heartless!
Worst service ever the TV didn't work there was no soap to even was our hands I will never be back. For $70 we should of had better service then that. Then the clerk was rude about it when they was told we wasn't satisfied with their room.
Great service room was cleaned and very nice maids love it if I go back to visit I would so stay there
Best place in Missoula to rest your neck at a price a person is happy to pay....
