Replaced our roof several years ago. Have noticed water spots in dining room ceiling. Had plumber come out to check overhead pipes. They were fine. Plumber said that the flashing around dormer window over dining room appears to be loose. Have called Mr. Brooks repeatedly. IF he answers phone he says he will contact me when he gets back in town. Apparently he does not know how to get back to Selma. Would definitely NOT recommend him.
