We used Brooks home health care for my father following a stay in the hospital. He returned repeatedly to the hospital ER and we got very little assistance from Brooks. Multiple times we called as directed before taking him to the hospital, always having to leave a message and, never getting a call back. This, despite, leaving urgent messages explaining the critical nature of the situation. In two instances, the nurses came one day and he was back in the hospital next. Excellent Home Health Nurses. Very professional, friendly, caring, prompt. Nurse Mary did a great job teaching me to give my husband medication through his PICC line.
Brooks is the best place I could send my wife for rehabilitation! Even the front desk people are great as well as rehabilitation.
