Kendall is my in home physical therapist and I wanted to take time to write a review. I find that Kendall is dedicated to perfecting her craft. She listens and she adjusts to what her client needs and concerns are. She is extremely intelligent and well educated as well as experienced. I'm on the 7th day after my surgery and she has helped me through explaining details of what she is doing and why just in 3 days. Just finished the Home Health portion of my post operative rehabilitation program after major surgery. And I thank them all. Attention to me, to details, competent staff were all critical. I feel ready now for the outpatient part of my rehab program. Brooks Rehab sets a very high bar here. I want to sincerely thank everyone who was involved in my care - Phyllis Powell, Kendall Dale, Matt, Aly Rivero, and Nicole. Caring people, high standards, and competence make all the difference. Excellent service,knowledgeable,compassionate,understanding physical therapist. It was a pleasure to work with. I would not be able to walk today if I had not had the physical therapist that was assigned to me. I can never thank you enough.
