I got a place they said was secure. I come home to doors open and they have no idea why. And they don't seem too worried about it. Actually told me they can only call for help. I wouldn't come here if I knew this

Avoid renting Brooks Realty (formerly Alpha Property), especially if you're a shift worker/military. I rented a unit for a year, and it was by far the worst rental experience I've ever had. Maintenance response times were abysmal—requests were often ignored unless I followed up repeatedly. The Brooks Realty Group property management service has been very good in taking care of our rental properties. Almost everything issue that comes up is quickly dealt with, and only later I might be made aware of the problem. It is great to have people who care about you, and your property, manage the day to day operations so your life is easy and your investment in rental property is profitable.
