Looked very nice had some other things up there to but the Salesperson was not there only the secretary I was there for about 20 minutes she asked me did I want her to call him and see how much longer he was going to be I just told her no and left and went somewhere else

Zero star's this place is a joke it's nothing but a front for the drug pushers that live in his trailer park. Anyone who gives this place a good review ether works there or is family. I have never met someone so rude or ignorant in my life. I believe the only reason I got denied for his trailer park is because he has someone else he wants to move in there but he said it was because of a ticket I got in 2005. I will be calling my lawyer

I find it curious that a handful of people have posted how bad this business is. Buying from them was a breeze, they were all smiles and happy to take your money BUT then it was time for service. They don't know the meaning of the word service. I bought a brand new motor home from them (first mistake, buying from them), then after 7 service visits for a roof leak and an expired warranty they literally ordered me off their property, saying I'll also be charged for "storage" of my RV if I didn't remove it from their property in 3 days all because I threatened to turn them into the BBB. I purchased a wiring harness from Brooks Ramsey for a used pop-up. The harness was totally wired wrong and when I went back to return it, they would not take it back. Very disappointed and would never recommend them to anybody.

Better Business Bureau gives BROOKS RAMSEY A BIG "F" and they got it right. Don't trust their" IN HOUSE INSPECTIONS". Read these reviews and take them seriously and if you still decide to buy from them get an independent inspection of your unit because I promise, they are not HONEST.

Terrible People First of all I would like to say that I am appalled at how Billy Ramsey can promote his company as “Christian” and advertise on 95.1 Shine FM (formerly WRBS). We had a vehicle that had problems and had it towed to Brooks Muffler after calling them at least 3 times before making a decision to go there…. BIG MISTAKE!!!! Billy Ramsey said to just bring it in and they would have a look at it. The next day we were told (after having it towed there) that there is a $40 charge to look at it, this was never mentioned... read more
