I recently had a first and positive experience at Dr. B. Osburn's office. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The front desk team checked me in quickly and kindly, making me feel comfortable right away. After x-rays were done, the nurse who took me back was patient, thorough, and really listened to my concerns.
