Absolutely the worse company I have ever had experience with. They lie, steal and cheat. They claim to be doing treatments and spend x amount of time on your property when they do not (confirmed by cameras). They charged my account cancelation fees, lates fees, etc when I didnt cancel. They show refunds and receipts but dont send payments back. They tell you one thing and do another. I have a mountain of evidence against them and thinking about taking them to small claims court because this is ridiculous. Go to someone else!

They scammed me and my partner on a contract. My partner spoke with a representative named ***** who threatened to charge her card for a service that was supposed to be canceled after the first month. We are currently moving and they said that once we receive the lease, to show them proof for cancelation. On the phone in a recorded conversation per company line, he said that he would charge us over $200 and cancel our subscription that never existed. They scammed me, lied about it and treated me like garbage for finding out. They impersonated me on the phone to open a contract I did not sign up for. The service they provided over the phone is by far the worst I have come across. They continuously lie, cheat, and steal from people. I had to fight tooth and nail even after it was discovered that their employee impersonated me on the phone and signed a contract for me to get some sort of resolution. This company is a scam. They record you signing their documents to charge you additional $300 if you cancel their service, which they won't even perform. The customer service representative was rude and threatening. This business should not be allowed to continue, their representatives will lie to you about pricing and service, then ask you to sign on camera, where the contract will have different pricing and services.

Horrible business practices. Agreed on this and they did that. Told them not to charge me unless specifically authorized after service. They did the opposite. Never mentioned a 12 month contract at signing. Then forced a ****** dollar cancellation fee. Aside from this their product clearly doesnt work as the spiders have just multiplied. Avoid this company.

Brooks services is not consistent - sometimes good, sometimes, mediocre but generally acceptable. Their accounting department leaves a great deal to desire. My credit union ******************* sent a check to Brooks like they had done many times prior but this time in May of 2024, apparently they lost my check. They insisted that I had an overdue bill. They showed up and my door promised to get rid of the wasp nests without harming our bees.The sales guy quoted a townhouse cost but charged us the full 2-story charge. He said they would take an hour to 1:45 minutes to treat the wasp nests three in the front and three in the back of the house. They charged my credit card ( I'll never do this again). We don't get people coming to our door at all to solicit business, so on the day the person from Brooks Pest Control showed up I was already having a manic episode. I want to add, Brooks Pest showed up at our door a long time ago and my wife told them we were not interested, but they still came back. What I do remember is that I would have done or said anything to make the person go away. About six months ago, I discovered I had rats in the crawlspace under my hillside home. They were a nuisance eating into heating ducts and causing a literal stink. I tried setting traps, but that failed. So, I called Brooks Pest Control. Their agent told me he would place traps under the house. I agreed to their services. Upon arrival, the service agent said they don't actually go into the crawl space, but would place them just by the opening into the crawl-space.
