Brooks pest control, worst company I've ever had to deal with. I wanted to cancel my account, they said not without paying a 271 cancelation fee. Ridiculous! I absolutely was not told about any cancelation fee what so ever. I feel that I was tricked into a contract by the kid at my door saying the right things. Then I was told I was recorded on there iPad. Lack of good business all the way around. Who records without that person knowing????

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I had just as many fleas when they left as when they arrived. They wouldn't come back to treat it again in a timely manner. Now when I call them all I get is their automated phone system Seems impossible to speak to a human.

I love this company. They are very courteous, professional, and understanding when it comes to rescheduling your appointment. I called them out because I had ants and cockroaches .They have not even sprayed the inside of the house only the outside and I am bug and ant free. Brooks was very careful that anything they used would not harm my dogs, cats, turtle or my Parrot.. I have used many companies and this is the only company that I feel did exactly what they said they would do. Thank You ****** *******.

this place is a fraud back in july of 2024 I used them because i had a problem with ants I paid for a first service of ***** the ants did not go they got worse I had them come back twice and they still could not get rid of them.The manager is a bully and he talked bad to me telling me that this will go on my credit report because they keep billing me and trying to force their services on me. This company is terrible. They scam you into "signing" a contract by asking for checking acct info. They told me I signed a 1 yr contract which i did not. I signed for 1 treatment. I was later sent an email with a contract in it when I tried to cancel the following visit. The contract stated service was done every 2 ****. Who pays mthly for service provided every 2 mths? I enlisted the help of this company to eradicate mice. They assured me that the had state of the arts strategies and materials. They said they did not use things, such as those at *******. When they came, they used the SAME things that I had bought from *******: a Vectore mouse trap and glue strips. Scam. I had a one time service and canceled. They continue to harass me with constant phone calls and texts. I paid for the service and they continue to bill me and threaten to send me to collections.

My elderly mother had what are called "tiny ants" last summer. It was something we had never seen and it was a mild case, but we wanted to know best way to rid of them. We called Brooks and they agreed these were tiny ants and driven by the heat in the summer. We were offered a "deal" to come out and spray throughout the inside and outdoor areas of the house.
