My issue is regarding the repeated cancellation of my appointments. This is the third time my appointment has been canceled due to the doctor taking time off when school is closed. While I fully support physicians taking well-deserved time off, it would be more appropriate for those dates to be blocked off on the annual calendar in advance to avoid scheduling conflicts and repeated cancellations. They were able to see me same day for a small dental emergency. Dentist and staff were great
