Holly had great customer service and I’ve been coming to brooks Pediatric dentistry since my son was 6 months old . I highly recommend coming here .
Avoid this place. They are so unorganized, lied to us, got my kids information and sent it to another person. I called and tried to get help and after explaining the situation, lady stayed quiet and was like, what were you calling about again. She wasn't paying attention. I wouldn't trust my kids here
Staff is very nice and friendly! I love the tech who does the x-rays I totally forgot her name but she is very caring and patient especially with children on the spectrum, she waits and lets them get comfortable then she proceeds and this is why I have stayed here bc she is amazing!!!! The wait can take a bit long sometimes I recommend come early!
The people that work there are all super nice! My son is autistic and there so good at talking to him. Definitely a good place
