Great experience, had a right shoulder issue, after three rehab visits shoulder is easily 80% better. Janelle was personable, professional and knowledgeable. Thanks Janelle.
The billing department is off site and NON RESPONSIVE even to facility staff! Billing does not communicate with the clinical service team. I could get NO info on how much my treatment would be. My insurance needed a code to tell me my coverage and BROOKS REHAB had NO Clue! I could have paid $90 each time for self pay for a total of about $360. Instead I paid $55 each visit, then went through my insurance, they charged insurance $3697.00 for the 4 visits!!!!! I have a HUGE deductible so ended up having to pay about $800.00 ou... read more

LaDawn was a very knowledgeable and friendly therapist. Cheryl was most accommodating with my schedule. This is the third time I have been a patient at Brooks rehab and highly recommend them.
I experienced a frozen shoulder back in the fall. My left arm became pretty much useless because I couldn't move it and the pain was severe enough to keep me from sleeping for months. After two months of therapy here I am comfortable and have a lot of mobility back. I'm able to sleep, dress and go out and socialize again. The care was excellent from booking the first appointment through every check-in and every physical therapy treatment session.
