I thought I left a review, but I guess I must not have saved it. I've used Brooks Rehab, Palm Coast location, twice in the past year. And I have nothing but praise for their front desk staff, Cheryl (one L) and my favorite physical therapist, Kaitlyn, with a (K). I've had shoulder and neck surgery and both times with Kaitlyn, with a (K), as my therapist. She's very professional and knows her stuff. My therapist Caitlyn was a true professional, great communication skills, patient, understanding and motivating to help me follow my at home program.
pent three months going twice a week. I’ve never been enthusiastic about rehab. But the therapists and Cheryl at Brooks Palm Coast are fantastic. My therapist (Caitlin) was excellent and pushed me each and everyday. Everyday is a new day for me and Brooks is helping me achieve progress and work at getting better. Caitlyn was amazing. She’s very good. Great personality, very knowledgeable and she pushed me, in a positive way, to recover. Everyone at the Palm Coast facility was efficient and kind. I actually looked forward to my sessions! Cheryl was wonderful! She was always on top of scheduling and rescheduling! Very sweet and professional. She always had a smile on her face! Really love these women! This is a great group!!
