While the Location is pretty stellar with easy walking to Congress St or downtown and a view of town lake it was not enough to overcome the challenges in the building and community. The main theme of Watermarq is that it is a frat house. Ask any tenant you see and they will confirm. The back yard looks inviting until you watch owners allow their pets to defecate on the turf in the grill and fire pit areas. Pets are common here but yet they have turf….? I have lived here over two years. The location is wonderful and I love my apartment. The new community director has made major improvements to the cleanliness and safety of the complex. The maintenance staff and office staff are very attentive. The terms in the lease are being enforced for the betterment of everyone! It just keeps getting better.

Don’t do it!!!! Meagan will put your safety in jeopardy!! She has been problematic from day 1. Dismissed issues and has a bad attitude. She proved today, again, SHE DIDN’T CARE!! Today she did it again!! I’m NOT GOING TO TOLERATE HER BAD ATTITUDE!! I WILL STAND UP TO HER!!! She dismissed what I said acted immature and she should be fired! Well, I am not sure exactly how to start the novel that is this review. We signed a 6 month lease with the Marquis at Sugar Land and there has never been a worse decision in my entire life. I am not exactly sure how they are receiving such favorable reviews, maybe they are offering people an incentive, but I can tell you first hand this is not a property you want to stay at or raise a family in. All I can say are wonderful things about the this community, as I’ve visited for 1 week with a family member who resides at Marq Eight. I’ve noticed wonderful staff are highly accommodating and the building is always kept pristine. The maintenance staff are efficient and accessible/available.

This place shpuld be zero stars ! The complex has many issues no security , many cars broken into , just call Atlanta police department who have suggested numerous times hire security! Poorly managed, community director is non responsive , the complex has a rodent and pest problem, mail problem., packages stolen from inside the property once again contact Atlanta police a current case open . From day one this place has been a nightmare Highly recommend look at other options.

Our one month at Marquis at Treetops is marked by neglect, apathy, deceit and lies. The apathy we're facing started a couple days before we moved in. There was a strong vibration in the floor of our guest bath, like a jackhammer being operated right next to us. The humming sound could be heard even at the main door. We raised a complaint and maintenance responded saying there was nothing wrong, they couldn't feel anything.
