the most authentic massage anywhere – this spa has the best feeling about it the minute you walk in. it is unpretentious, clean, and friendly. and the therapists are the best anywhere. i have been to the big fancy spas in beverly hills and los angeles and i prefer this one over all the rest. i wish i could go every week!! i love getting my own private little room that makes me feel like i am worlds away from the big city. i always look forward to spending an afternoon there!
so prepared! – This place not only offers really effective massages at reasonable prices-- they also are prepared for everyone. I forgot my shampoo-- no problem because they provide that...and soap and deodorant and on and on! I don't know how they supply all this without tacking on extra charges, but I dare not ask. It's so rare in this city to get something you don't expect. By the way, my massage was with Margarita and she is amazing.
they made me a zombie and i loved it! – I have never been so relaxed in my life. I am a frequent flier and I like to hike in the cities I visit. The therapist (wish I could remember her name) found a way to ease every muscle in my body. I will go here every time i am in LA!
Holy Cow?!? Now I know what a real massage is supposed to be like! – All I have to say is thanks for opening my eyes Yuri. Ive had at least 15 or so masages at different places in L.A. and I enjoyed them all. But Yuri is THE MAN!!! No joke! Imagine a little russian guy with a sweatband and fingers like smooth stones. Amazing massage – Having grown up in LA, I can't believe I've gone this long without finding this place. It's small, simple, clean, and no-frills, but who needs frills when the massages are perfect. Simon is a life-saver. The steam room is also a really nice touch.
Outstanding Customer Service! – Excellent staff, Excellent treatment from the moment you walk through the door. starting with Carolanne (the receptionist) who is outstanding at her job. She offers a warm welcome and can even recommend which treatment is best for your condition. This is the best L.A.has to offer considering the price,staff,and family atmosphere..It rates 4 stars A+...
How did I not know about this place??? – I stumbled across the Brooks Massage profile on myspace and they sounded like a really cool staff. I had booked a half hour appointment but it was so good i had him extend it to an hour and a half! Luckily, they had room for me on such short notice. I thought I knew all of this city's gems, but I guess this one had gotten by me. Now I'm making up for lost time. Jacob was really awesome working out my back pain and the steam room was so relaxing.
Great location for Tourists – My wife and I came to Los Angeles with our daughter to visit potential schools, by the time we landed and spent 3 days driving around this fast paced city we were beat.
