RecommendedI like them because they do all the work themselves in a professional manner. No sub contractors to deal with that never show up on time if ever. The pool building experience was a good one and I may have made some new friends. I was apprehensive about having a pool built,now I really like the idea that I can get in it anytime I want. Also, when they tell you you'll be swimming in 7 days, they mean it.
This company is family owned and makes you feel like a part of their family when they take on your job. Everything is done with such precision and quality and as quickly as possible so you can enjoy the final product, but without compromising beauty, and quality. Brooks Malone does fantastic work! They are honest, timely, and know how to design a pool/outside space that not only looks great, but also fits your space and family needs. A+++ rating, definitely would use them again and currently referring many friends and neighbors to them.
We are beyond excited with our new pool. The crew started on a Monday morning and we were swimming by Friday afternoon! I highly recommend Brooks Malone. The entire process was fast and easy. The professionalism shown by the entire team was amazing. They were on time, constantly worked on the job with no down time, and could answer any questions we had. Whatever they said they would do, it was done. A highly professional and respectable company! Huge thank you to Holly, David, Jennifer, and the entire crew!!

Awful! Greedy and unprofessional. Quoted $300-$500 and charged almost $700, could not explain cost other than “unexpected pluming issues”. I know less about the pool now than before they came. Unwilling to work with me on payment when I only asked to pay off in two payments!
Highly professional, walked us through the entire process. We immediately trusted them - so much so that they installed our pool while we were on vacation. They not only impressed us but also our neighbors who were watching the house for us when the pool was installed. They have helped us with every question. Our pool is a dream come true. I called other places first and didn't even get return calls. If you are considering a pool, contact Holly. You won't regret it.
