We have been using Brooks for longer than I have been with the company and as the individual who schedules and maintains 20 something ice machines I can say these guys are great. Kelvin and his co-workers are polite, curtious and explain all issue when they arise. We have them come out on a quarterly basis to do PM's and they are always pleasent. I've used this business multiple times and everyone I've encountered was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Called out a competitor initially for warranty work on a Hoshizaki KM660. The competitor (General Parts) came out to repair my machine and charged me $660 for a repair on a two week old machine. I had to have it working and did not have a choice. Short version, they did not fix my ice maker. Called Hoshizaki and they dispatched Brooks to my restaurant. The Brooks technician was polite and figured out my problem. Great experience and I would definitely use them again instead of General Parts.
I have come to this account more than a handful of times Between 430 and 4:50 PM and the doors were locked. Here’s a hint, if you’re not going to stay open until five, change the hours on your website.
