My initial appointment was with Alex and I was extremely happy with the service that I received from him. He is the reason that I purchased a new HVAC unit (so I'm not sure why he didn't get the credit for it). Gino came over with the sales pitch and I purchased. There was an issue with his measurements and the tech that was installing the unit inside had to patch the empty space with sheet metal (see pictures). Kenny and the Brooks team have been great to work with. I've been working with them since 2023 when they installed a new HVAC system and it's been great since. The regular maintenance is so convenient and they are always prompt and courteous.
Parris from Brooks got to my house the same day I called to say my heat wasn’t working. He quickly discovered I needed a part that was covered by warranty. Great service as usual from Brooks.
