From the first time that Michael came to assess what was wrong with my HVAC to today when Carlos and Jonathan came to replace both indoor and outdoor units, there’s been nothing but professional and friendly and very accommodating. They cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. They were kind throughout the entire process. They were very professional. Would 100% recommend people for this business.
Alex did a wonderful job inspecting the HVAC units and providing insights on how to take care of them as well.

I contacted brooks heating & air when our A/C stopped. Technician Mike showed up, checked the system and repaired it. He Thoroughly explained the issue and repair procedure. We appreciated his thoroughness and patience with answering every question (we had many). Its a Senior thing Once again, Brooks is the only heating and air we call and use. Great Service
