We were very happy with the services from Brooks at every stage. From the responsive service call we placed to confirm our AC needed fixing (Corey and Jim) to the thoughtful sales visit to recommend a replacement (Gino) and what became a 3-stage installation process that included us asking lots of questions (Devante, Dennis, Alex & Ryan). Micheal arrived on site and listenedto my concerns and checked everything out. Found a leak with the condesate and order the parts and let me know. Very professional.
