This was my first experience with Brooks HVAC. Everything from my first contact with Linda in the office to Alex the technician who came to our home was excellent. Alex check our system and not only explained what the problem was, he showed me! We now have a functional HVAC system thanks to Brooks HVAC. Now I know how a quality HVCA company operates versus the other companies.
HVAC system replacement done by Lawrence and Nathan, and insulating of vents done by Alberto all went very well. The guys did a lot of work very efficiently. Everything is working well now, so it looks like our problems have been solved. Fernando came by today to install a part that was on order. Each person at Brooks that we had contact with, from our first call in for assistance, until all the work was complete, was very nice, helpful, responsive, knowledgeable and efficient.

Alex and Victor were absolutely outstanding. They worked on my air conditioning unit with professionalism and efficiency, clearly explaining everything they were doing along the way. Not only did they get the job done right, but they also gave me excellent advice that helped me avoid unnecessary costs — ultimately saving me money. I really appreciated their honesty, knowledge, and the care they took with the work. It’s not every day you find technicians this trustworthy and thorough. I highly recommend them!
Alex and Victor were both extremely professional and informative. They explained everything thoroughly and made an effort to ensure I had a good understanding of how my system worked and what to look out for to make sure it keeps running well.
