The staff at Brooks Carpet were very helpful and knowledgeable. We selected our carpet from the many options on display in their store. Julia Brooks came out for the measurements and was very professional and friendly. The install crew came out in the morning on the day they were supposed to and were able to finish the install in a single day (they worked very hard all day and were willing to stay late and finish it). I recently used Brooks Flooring for my client's listing. The house had been sitting on the market for over a month because the floors were in pretty bad shape. I called Brooks, they came out the next day to give a very affordable estimate, then installed all new floors a few days later. Those floors looked so good that the house was under contract two days later. Brooks does great work at a good price. I will always use Brooks Flooring!

The wood flooring services of Brooks Flooring, out of Taylors, SC, was exceptional and so was the quality of their work. Also, their prices were highly reasonable. From the emails with Julia to the sales person Jim, they answered all questions in a timely manner with no sales pressure whatsoever. The installers, Waldir and his partner, were highly professional and put down the flooring as if it were their own. They were able to match our other wood floors perfectly.
