Tanya and her team have been amazing to work with. Maintenance is always quick to respond as well. The property is well maintained and I would highly recommend.
Just checked out these apartments along with my brother. Tanya was really helpful and took us to check out a few models. Really was easy to work with. She also showed us all the facilities and amenities. Totally recommend Brooks Apartments!

The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, always helpful and professional. The apartments themselves are beautiful, with high ceilings and gorgeous granite countertops that really make the space feel modern and upscale. The community is located in a nice, quiet area of Midland, which makes it a great place to come home and relax. & welcome pets, I would absolutely recommend these apartments to family and friends.
