WORTH THE PRICE; secure, quiet, and clean! I lived at Brooke’s Estates for 3 years. Management is PHENOMENAL! It is 100% worth the extra price you pay. Key pad entry, especially as a single female, always provided me an extra layer of security. No smoking is a huge plus! And let’s not mention how BEAUTIFUL the apartments are. High ceilings and THE COUNTERTOPS; it’s real luxury. 10/10 WOULD recommend!
Brooks Estates is a horrible place! The management team Justin and Tanya have no clue what they are doing! They say different things as far as what pertains to your lease! We had vehicle damage done to two of our vehicles while living there, they offered zero help! We were great tenants, often paying rent early each month. While trying to leave our lease, they tried saying we owed additional money! It looks nice from the outside but I would be leary about signing a lease with either of these two! Read EVERYTHING carefully!!
I stayed at Brooks from August 2024 to January 2026 and had a great experience. Brooks is quite significantly more expensive than other nearby apartments but you (mostly) get what you pay for. The complex and public spaces are kept clean, the apartments are updated, and the staff are great (Justin and Tanya when writing this). Leasing office is friendly and helpful. They really clear the snow well in the parking lots timely. Clean apartments very nice place to live.
