Maintenance is great at Brooks Estates. They always assess and fix the problem in a timely manner.
The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, always helpful and professional. The apartments themselves are beautiful, with high ceilings and gorgeous granite countertops that really make the space feel modern and upscale. The community is located in a nice, quiet area of Midland, which makes it a great place to come home and relax. & welcome pets, I would absolutely recommend these apartments to family and friends.
The best of the best in Midland! The entire staff is incredibly friendly and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure residents are happy. The property is well-maintained and always clean, creating a welcoming environment. They also host great resident events that really build a sense of community. The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and beautifully designed. 10/10 highly recommend!
