I had a disappointing experience with the waitlist application process at Brooks Apartments. I was told that I could place a $200 waitlist fee for a one-bedroom apartment with a washer and dryer, and if no suitable apartment matching my move-in date (January 20) became available, the fee would be refunded. However, despite there being no matches for my requested move-in date, my $200 was not refunded as initially promised. Very Good experience with Brooks Apartment
I loved living here the past two years. Justin and Tanya are awesome and super helpful. Just a heads up though they are owned by one of the biggest housing corporations in the U.S. They increased my rent by almost 100$ every year. I expect they will continue doing so since they have the demand from DOW employees and there’s no other apartment complex as nice as this one in Midland.
