RecommendedJoel of Brooks has been helpful in the past, but he out did himself last week. He came by at the appointed hour to check our *problem* which turned out not to be a problem. The problem was an Apple recharger, not our electrical system. He said Brooks’ policy is no work performed, no charge. Who knew, Brooks keeps setting the ethical bar higher!
