Canceled my dementia mother's appointment 2 hours the day of the appointment. Terrible customer service. Would NOT recommend this practice or Doctor.
Amazing surgeon. Amazing staff. The entire team is very personable, helpful and responsive from scheduling to follow-up visits. Bedside manners are very important and Dr. Brooks did not lack in this area either. I highly recommend.

To whom ever it may concern, I went to Dr. Hodari D.Brook regarding an elbow injury. Worst experience I had experienced.For one know bed sides manner as a Doctor . he didn’t know anything regarding my elbow. After all the discussion and disappointment. He referred me to a hand specialist when he should have did that at first. He left me thinking he was all about the money. I will not recommend him to anyone.
Dr. Brooks is absolutely one of the best professionals I've ever had the opportunity to meet....He was very thorough on his procedures and walked me through the process and really put me at ease. He performed a right total hip replacement yesterday and I am more than pleased with my results......
