My husband and I have just recently built with Brooks Construction. What can I say...absolutely wonderful to deal with. From start to finish everything went smoothly and I was kept in the loop about everything that was happening. Neil was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. It is just a shame it has come to an end.
My husband and I built our first home with Brooks Construction. Building your first home can be a very daunting experience but dealing with Neil & Curtis, we found them to be very efficient and extremely professional throughout the entire process. Within 6 months, we were in our new home. We couldn’t recommend them more highly.
We had a terrible experience with Brooks Construction. They were so slow. Way past the completion date that they promised. They made so many mistakes. They tried to bully us to accept sub-standard workmanship. These guys used to have a good reputation but not anymore. Stay well away.
