We completed a custom home using Brooks Brothers Cabinetry. In the final days, we realized that the placement of the cabinetry would not allow the refrigerator door to swing past 90 degrees. I had a plumbing leak and lost all the lower cabinets in my kitchen. I needed an estimate to get custom cabinets made to try to match the upper cabinets. I went to the location on Vermijo with information and measurements from my contractor. I spoke to a designer as well as the person who would be doing the custom cabinet estimate. All I needed was an estimate based on linear feet. No design needed. I was told it would be quick and easy to generate the estimate with the information I gave them. My husband I recently bought a new house and are interested in putting a new kitchen in. We took valuable time off of work to go to the Cimmarron Exit location. We were greeted promptly but almost just as promptly told how expensive a new kitchen is and that "these numbers are probably staggering to you". We were sent away with the number to a cabinet refinished which I repeatedly said I was not interested in. Ok, I'll just take my measly $20K somewhere else. Thanks for wasting my time even no one else was in the store.
