I’ve shopped at Brooks Brothers Outlet plenty of times before, but this last experience was honestly ridiculous. I asked an associate a few questions about polos, and after that he would NOT stop following me around the store. Everywhere I went, he suddenly appeared nearby “fixing” clothes or watching me from a distance. I found a button-down I liked and went to the fitting room. The gold standard of service. Ian was incredibly knowledgeable and made purchasing my first suit an absolute breeze. After hitting multiple retailers, this was hands-down the best experience in the city. Highly recommend Ian’s expertise.
We were SO impressed with the professionalism and courtesy shown to us by Mendi. She actually stayed after the store closed to make sure we were happy with our purchases and we got a great deal!! We will definitely be recommending Brooks Brothers at the St Augustine outlet mall as the place to shop for quality suits and dress clothes.
