Today’s Staff was very personable and helpful. Today’s Service reminded me of service levels from the 69’s and 70’s. “Skippy” assisted me today with dress shirts and Polo’s. I was shocked to visit a store that would allow, with “Skippy’s” assistance, trying on different shirts to determine the correct fit!!! Customer Service at its BEST !

Excellent experience all around. Mr. Skip, Charles, Lorenzo, Ms. Ceci and staff members here are attentive, thorough, and professional. They provided stellar service and facilitated a very pleasant experience for me during my first suit purchase. Looking forward to returning in the future!

I have not bought a suit in over 10 years, and was not with the decline in service at the place I last shopped, so I tried Brooks Brothers at Perimeter Mall. Great service and great experience overall. Good selection, and they were able to quickly order anything that wasn’t in stock. Bought 2 suits. Tailoring was spot on. Mark was experienced and knowledgeable. Overall great experience. Will return. Highly recommend.
