My son and I had an excellent suit shopping experience last week. Store Manager Salvatore Marciano was knowledgeable, friendly and so helpful. A sales associate named Alex also made us feel welcome. The 50% off sale was the icing on the cake -- great opportunity to invest in a high-quality suit, shirts and ties. We'll be back!
The prices in this store are outrageous. I would think that people who make the kind of money to spend this much are more likely to purchase clothing of higher quality. Besides that, customer service in this store was great. The reps have good attitudes, especially Mel, who was helpful and engaging.
