I had a very disappointing experience at the Brooks Brothers store at Potomac Mills, Virginia. I purchased a suit and, after reaching home, realized that the fit was not adequate for me. The very next day, I returned to the store to make a return. The suit was completely unused, with all original tags attached. Initially, one of the employees started processing the refund. However, the store manager intervened and refused to accept the return. She claimed the suit had “no shine” and “creases,” which was absolutely not true. ... read more

A manager from this location was extremely rude to my sister, came up in her place of employment, and started getting all in my sister’s face when my sister was filling an order yelling about why she didn’t say hi to her, my sister didn’t even hear her come in the store, then this manager started threatening my sister, saying that my sister’s manager should’ve been embarrassed that my sister got hired as an employee and that this manager said she should’ve smacked my sister. The selection of clothes here is pretty decent, which is why I kept going, for nearly a decade. My job is one that requires traditional dress, and as such, I frequented this brand. I plan to stop going to this store, specifically. The employees working here tend to show me subtle disdain, and if it was one specific person, I'd avoid that person.
