They got some great suits. I needed one expedited for an interview and they finished it while I was there. Customer service is 💯. Doug is the best salesman they’ve got by far, Rob is great too. Forgot to say thanks in store, hopefully a 5 star review will make up for it. Thanks BB!
Bought a $1500 suit at this place and they shipped it crumpled in a small cardboard box. I sent a letter about it to the CEO of the company to the Madison Ave office and it was rejected and sent back to me. This company is not the company that I grew up purchasing my clothing from. It is no wonder they are filing for bankruptcy protection on most of their other brands.
I ordered a made-to-measure suit from Brooks Brothers, expecting a high level of craftsmanship, fit, and service given the brand’s heritage and price point.
