I am sad to this store gone, I have been a loyal customer of Brooks Brothers for many years, I shall continue to support them no matter how many store they close
I bought two expensive suits here, and the tailor messed them up. They didn’t allow an exchange, since I took too long to report the issue. Despite it being their employee that destroyed the suits. Shady location, shady staff.
The service at this location is pretty bad and the associates have been uptight and rude. I get that it is a preppy store but I thought if you are buying a $2k jacket they might at least treat you with some respect.
