Had an bad experience with a rude salesman. You get sense walking into Brooks Brother like they are too good for you. You cannot come there wearing a suit and still be treated the same. They are really judgmental. Fun fact, Macy's has the same prices and are way nicer! He got upset when I asked to try on a 2nd shirt saying "I'm not gonna fold another one." Unbelievable. Probably gonna go to Macy's or BR next time. Prices are okay, and the shirt is great. I don't know why they gotta be jerks.

Great location; helpful staff. We are very fortunate to have this brand store in the Lehigh Valley.
Brooks Brothers is a luxury brand, period. And I think because of this, if an experience doesn’t go perfectly people may be quick to leave a terrible review. I think it is irresponsible to quickly leave a bad review without trying to seek resolution from somebody in charge. I am guilty of this. This store is one of the biggest and most well stocked Brooks Brothers in their chain, and I wish they were closer to me because I would shop there all the time. Fred is literally the BEST. Super helpful and very friendly. He is extremely knowledgeable about inventory as well. One of the best shopping experiences. As a business owner I would hire him in a heartbeat! Thanks again Fred for all your help.
