Extremely poor service. Poor communication. Kept delaying plumbing services requested. Never showed up for appointment. Does not return text or calls. Recommend not to use this plumbing service.

I found Mr Brooks from the internet. I called three plumbers, Mr Brooks was the only one that answered his phone. Left several messages to the other plumbers and never received a call. 1st time using Mr Brooks and he did an excellent job, reasonable and dependable. We were traveling from Va renovating and preserving an 1891 Schoolhouse turned into residential in 1942. It was important to have someone dependable with good quality work.
